2015 marks 60 years of Liquitex and we couldn’t be happier! For six decades, our busy team of chemists in the Liquitex Labs have been fine-tuning our formulae to bring you highly pigmented, top quality acrylic paint (and inks, and markers, and sprays, and mediums… the list goes on!).

Every day, incredibly talented artists around the world make their next work of art with our paints, and we want to celebrate that. With each month during our diamond anniversary year, we’re going to choose a new Liquitex Diamond Artist. So, if you’re one of our 12 Diamond Artists, what does this mean for you?

We’ll send you a package of Liquitex goodies to continue your creative exploration
We’ll run a feature on your artistic past, present and future on our website (with your Liquitex art up in lights on our website homepage!)
We’ll create a Facebook gallery of your artwork, which will be promoted to our 100,000 fans
We’ll provide you with a badge to host on your webpage or blog, proving that you’re a Liquitex Diamond Artist

How do you apply to be one of our Liquitex Diamond Artists?

Our team trawls through Instagram and Twitter daily to see all the amazing ways our products are being used, and we love seeing your works in progress and finished pieces.

To apply to be a Diamond Artist, simply take a photo of what you’re working on or have recently completed, tag it with #Liquitex60th and post it on Instagram or Twitter with a Liquitex anecdote. This could be a memory of the first time you used Liquitex in your art, a reason you love our paints and mediums, or looking forward to a Liquitex project you’re planning – whatever you like!

Every month we’ll pick one of you to win all of the prizes and opportunities. As you might guess, we aren’t able to provide cash or gift alternatives to our non-transferable prizes, and our decision will be final.
