Michele Théberge is an artist whose paintings, drawings and installations have been exhibited and collected across the United States, Asia and Europe. As a teacher and lecturer in art for over 20 years, her particular passion is the sharing the richness of the creative process with her students. She mentors artists who are ready to take their practice and career to the next level.
Her popular on-line Artist Mentorship Program (www.themindfulartist.com) teaches up-and-coming artists how to tap into their creativity at a deeper level, and to move into the realm of professional artist. As an Artist for Liquitex’s Artist Outreach Program, she has gained unparalleled expertise in acrylics and has been invited to speak at hundreds of colleges and universities in the U.S. and Canada. She received her B.F.A.at School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and M.F.A. at California College of the Arts. She currently is an Affiliate Artist at the Headlands Center for the Arts in Sausalito.
