    Hey Professors! Do you have an exceptional art student in your college studio class that deserves recognition? Liquitex believes they all do and this is your chance to give your student a leg up to receive $1000 of Liquitex product to start their own studio.

    This is a merit based scholarship to recognize the significant artistic talent of that one student that stands out the most in your class. The winner of $1000 worth of Liquitex products will receive everything from paint to mediums, brushes, canvas and even and easel! How cool is that? And don't forget, if your student wins you get $250 of free product too! 

    So here's what you gotta do.

    2. You already did? Cool go to #3
    3. Submit 3-5 .jpgs of your student's work with a brief explanation of why they deserve the award. (File size must not exceed 2MB).

    Scholarship Rules

    • Valid in North America only. Void in Quebec.
    • Professors may nominate only ONE student per semester
    • The professor has up to one year from the date of their demo to nominate a student
    • Liquitex will award ONE scholarship per spring and fall semesters
    • Any submissions received after midnight June 15th will be placed in consideration for the fall award
    • This is a merit based scholarship and artwork submitted will be judged by a panel of artists and art educators
    • Fall recipients will be notified by March 1st and Spring recipients will be notified by July 31st
    • All artwork must be original, unpublished, conceived and created by the student and should make extensive use of acrylic paint
    • All artwork should have been created during the students' college enrollment
    • All artwork files should include the artist name, title of work, dimension and year completed in the title of the jpeg. For example: JimmyLeslie_TheSunset_8''x10''_2011.jpeg
    • Applicable to all students enrolled in a college or university in North America
    • Void where prohibited
    • No purchase necessary
