ARTIST STATEMENT
My work has been described as a blend of new world and old world artistic techniques. I combine an ambitious use of color, form and expressionism of the Latin American painters with the precision, attention to detail, and depth of subjects found in the old world masters.
Ricardo maintains a studio in La Jolla, California.
