ARTIST STATEMENT
I paint mindscapes, my inner landscape. Whatever defines the moment goes on canvas- thoughts, emotions, images and sound, light, spirits, accidents, coincidents, travel, people, music, magic� Abstract painting is about essence rather than bodI would like to express through paint what I cannot put into words. Each one of my paintings was inspired by an event in my life and all the moments before and after�. I paint in layers as moments are elusive. One layer disappears under the next, leaving its essence, contributing to the whole.
