Please accept my entry or entries in the Liquitex Excellence in Art Purchase Awards Program. I certify that the work I am submitting is original, unpublished, conceived and created entirely by me. In the event my entry is selected as a winner in the program, I assign all rights of ownership of the artwork to ColArt Americas, excluding copyright but including the rights to exhibit, photograph and otherwise reproduce my artwork, in promotional and publicity materials, and on the Liquitex Web Site. Rules of Participation
Eligibility: Open to residents of the United States and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where prohibited. All artists (professional, student and other) are eligible to enter and to be awarded one of five (5) purchase awards. Employees of ColArt Americas, its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents and persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to be selected as recipients of purchase awards. No purchase necessary.
