How to use it

Fully intermixable with all Liquitex products
Can be thined by diluting with up to 25% water - distilled water will give best results
Mix as much as you like into acrylic color/medium to create the viscosity and transparency you want - the more you add, the thinner and more transparent your color will become
Stir gently to avoid creating foam - if bubbles appear, leave it to sit while the bubbles rise and disappear
If you're working over a long period of time, mix into color on the palette to keep it fresh and skin-free for longer
This is semi-opaque when wet, transparent when dry
To fix pastel, graphite or chalk, mix 1 part medium to 1 part distilled water and apply with an atomizer or airbrush

All of the Liquitex Slow-dri formulas work well for better blending, by giving your paint a longer open time, but by titling them as a fluid, a gel or an additive, it makes it easier to see what you are getting - an additive without any acrylic resins, or a medium with resins. This helps you to decide what type of formula to choose.
